You started your business to do what you love—not to spend late nights stressing over numbers. You need a partner who can provide the strategic financial guidance you need to scale with ease.
Most business owners think financial strategy is just tracking expenses and balancing the books.
But here’s the truth: you need so much more than a bookkeeper—you need a financial expert who understands your business inside and out.
At Creger + Collective Financial, we do more than organize numbers. We provide financial insights, streamline your operations, and help you build a stronger, more profitable business.
Financial information should feel empowering, not confusing.
We translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inspire our clients to lead with confidence and scale with intention.
You can’t make strategic decisions if your finances aren’t accurate.
We turn chaos into calm, helping our clients build the systems, processes, and documentation they need to achieve sustainable growth.
We don’t crunch numbers—we build lasting partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and compassion.
We’re deeply invested in the success of our clients and steward their businesses as if they were our own.
I’ve always had a passion for numbers, but my real love is helping businesses grow. After a decade in banking, I know firsthand how your financial strategy can make or break a business.
When my journey as a military spouse moved me away from my corporate career, I decided to create something of my own—a business that helps fellow entrepreneurs gain the financial confidence they need to scale with ease.
Now, Creger + Collective Financial is more than just a service—it’s a partnership with business owners who want to thrive.
Angelina Creger
Founder
Hi, I’m Angelina.
Financial strategist, small business advocate—and someone who knows the value of a dollar because I come from a long line of people who had to make every one count.
I grew up surrounded by generational farmers, where work ethic was currency and community mattered. That upbringing taught me that small businesses aren’t just businesses—they’re legacies, lifelines, and livelihoods. It’s why I care so deeply about helping business owners not just survive, but truly thrive.
Before launching Creger + Collective Financial, I spent over a decade in the financial space—leading teams in banking and lending, and reviewing thousands of loan applications. I understand what makes a business bankable, scalable, and sustainable, and I’ve made it my mission to help entrepreneurs unlock that same insight.
I’m also a military spouse, a mom to a spirited preschooler, and a woman building a business with purpose—one that offers strategy, structure, and peace of mind to those juggling a million things (because I get it).
These days, I work closely with small business owners—especially those in growth mode or recovering from financial disarray—to build clean books, strong systems, detailed business plans, and long-term financial strategies that set the foundation for real success.
Whether I’m helping a client prepare for tax season, map out future revenue goals, or finally understand what their numbers are telling them, my goal is the same: give you back control, confidence, and clarity.
When I’m not deep in QuickBooks or mapping out a five-year forecast, you’ll find me sipping a strong latte, hosting friends for dinner, or chasing my toddler down the beach here in Honolulu.
If you’re looking for someone who will meet you where you are—and help build where you’re going—I’d be honored to be in your corner.
Mayra brings precision, empathy, and a deep sense of dedication to every business she supports. Originally from Ecuador and fluent in both Spanish and English, Mayra is passionate about helping small business owners feel empowered—not overwhelmed—by their finances.
As a military spouse, Mayra understands firsthand the resilience and adaptability it takes to build something stable in the midst of constant change. That’s why she’s committed to supporting entrepreneurs with clean books, consistent communication, and a calm, organized approach to financial management.
Mayra wears many hats—she’s a skilled bookkeeper, a mother of two daughters, and a multi-passionate entrepreneur who also runs her own esthetics and crystal jewelry business, Aryam Crystals.
Her attention to detail, commitment to client success, and ability to break down complex financial tasks into digestible steps make her an invaluable part of the Creger + Collective Financial team.
When she’s not balancing books or answering client questions, you can find Mayra spending time with her family, working with skincare products, or designing meaningful crystal jewelry that blends beauty with intention.
She provides invaluable financial guidance that has helped us better manage multiple business entities. What stands out most is her ease of communication and how clearly she explains everything — making complex financial matters feel manageable. I highly recommend her services to any business looking to gain control and confidence in their finances.
Her transparency, coaching, and big-picture planning have allowed me to focus on delivering great service while building a business I’m proud of. She’s available, versatile, and incredibly easy to work with — I feel confident knowing my business is in such capable and caring hands.
She cleaned up years of backlogged bookkeeping, handled critical IRS and state filings, and helped separate financials between my companies for greater clarity. She’s been instrumental in plugging legal and financial holes and has easily saved me more money than I’ve spent on her services. I couldn’t recommend her more.
Angelina came in with the calm expertise I didn’t know I needed. She took my chaos and turned it into clean, clear books I could confidently hand over to my accountant. Even better, she set me up with simple systems to stay on top of things moving forward. Her thoughtful advice didn’t just improve my numbers—it gave me the confidence to finally pay myself like a real business owner. That alone makes her worth her weight in gold.
When I found Angelina, I was overwhelmed by taxes, bookkeeping, write-offs—you name it. I had no idea where to start, but Angelina and her team stepped in and changed everything.
She didn’t just help me organize my transactions and file my taxes—she optimized my write-offs, helped me transition my LLC to an S-Corp, and provided financial reports and projections that I could actually understand. Because of her, I feel confident about my financial future and excited to build a plan for growth.
